| 摘 要： | 本文报告阴茎折断2例,其中1例伤势严重,为双侧阴茎海绵体的重度损伤及尿道完全离断,经早期修补手术全愈,此例当为此类损伤中最罕见的病例之一。另1例伤势较轻,以非手术疗法治愈。文中对本病的损伤部位与年龄、原因、临床表现、诊断及治疗进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Two cases of fracture of the penis were reported. In one of them the penis was very seriously damaged:a gross rupture of bilateral corpora cavernosa, together with complete division of the urethra. In this case primary repair of the rupture gave very satisfactory result, and this is considered to be one of the rarest cases amony this type of penile injuries. In the other case the wound was of a mildform and cured conservatively. The site of rupture, age distribution, etiology, clinical features,diagnosis and treatment from the literature were reviewed. |
