新生儿HBV宫内感染脐血T淋巴细胞亚群的特点

目的探讨新生儿HBV宫内感染脐血T淋巴细胞亚群的特点。方法选择HBsAg及HBeAg双阳性但肝功能正常孕产妇分娩新生儿157例。选择其中胎儿宫内感染21例为研究组,无宫内感染136例为对照组。采用流式细胞仪检测2组脐血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^＋、CD4^＋、CD8^＋、CD4^＋/CD8^＋的水平,对结果进行统计学分析。结果宫内感染组新生儿CD4^＋T淋巴细胞百分数低于未感染组,而CD8^＋T淋巴细胞百分数高于未感染组,CD4^＋/CD8^＋比值低于未感染组,2组间差异均有显著意义（P〈0.05）。CD3^＋T淋巴细胞百分数组间差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论宫内感染HBV新生儿可能存在T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调。

The Characteristics of T Lymphocyte Subsets in Cord Blood in Neonates after Intrauterine Infection with Hepatitis B Virus

Objective To investigate the characteristics of T lymphocyte subsets in cord blood in neonates after intrauterine infection with hepatitis B virus. Methods We selected 157 full-term neonates born by HBsAg and HBeAg postive mothers whose liver function were normal. The intrauterine infection group were consisted of 21 cases for neonates and the non-intrauterine infection group were consisted of 136 cases for neonates. Flow cytometry was used to show the levels of T lymphocyte subsets （CD3^＋, CD4^＋, CD8^＋） and to calculate the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ in the cord blood. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The percentage of CD4 ^＋ T cells and the ratio of CD4 ^＋/CD8^＋ T cells in the intrauterine infection group were lower than that in the non-intrauterine infection group, while the percentage of CD8^＋ T cells in the intrauterine infection group was higher than that in the non-intrauterine infection group. The difference of two groups was significant,P〈0.05. The percentage of CD3^＋ T cells in two groups had no significant difference,P〉0.05. Conclusion The intrauterine infection with HBV may be related to lopsided development of T lymphocyte subsets.
