新生儿HBV宫内感染脐血T淋巴细胞亚群的特点

摘    要:
目的探讨新生儿HBV宫内感染脐血T淋巴细胞亚群的特点。方法选择HBsAg及HBeAg双阳性但肝功能正常孕产妇分娩新生儿157例。选择其中胎儿宫内感染21例为研究组,无宫内感染136例为对照组。采用流式细胞仪检测2组脐血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+的水平,对结果进行统计学分析。结果宫内感染组新生儿CD4^+T淋巴细胞百分数低于未感染组,而CD8^+T淋巴细胞百分数高于未感染组,CD4^+/CD8^+比值低于未感染组,2组间差异均有显著意义(P〈0.05)。CD3^+T淋巴细胞百分数组间差异无显著性意义(P〉0.05)。结论宫内感染HBV新生儿可能存在T淋巴细胞亚群比例失调。

The Characteristics of T Lymphocyte Subsets in Cord Blood in Neonates after Intrauterine Infection with Hepatitis B Virus

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the characteristics of T lymphocyte subsets in cord blood in neonates after intrauterine infection with hepatitis B virus. Methods We selected 157 full-term neonates born by HBsAg and HBeAg postive mothers whose liver function were normal. The intrauterine infection group were consisted of 21 cases for neonates and the non-intrauterine infection group were consisted of 136 cases for neonates. Flow cytometry was used to show the levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+) and to calculate the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ in the cord blood. The results were analyzed statistically. Results The percentage of CD4 ^+ T cells and the ratio of CD4 ^+/CD8^+ T cells in the intrauterine infection group were lower than that in the non-intrauterine infection group, while the percentage of CD8^+ T cells in the intrauterine infection group was higher than that in the non-intrauterine infection group. The difference of two groups was significant,P〈0.05. The percentage of CD3^+ T cells in two groups had no significant difference,P〉0.05. Conclusion The intrauterine infection with HBV may be related to lopsided development of T lymphocyte subsets.
