摘    要:目的:研究血液透析(HD)对急性有机磷中毒患者血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量的影响及其临床意义。方法:选择47例急性有机磷中毒患者随机分为血液透析治疗组(HD组)和未经血液透析治疗组(非HD组),观察病情转归,测定治疗后血清SOD、MDA、NO、NOS含量,并以健康体检者血清SOD、MDA、NO、NOS为对照组。结果:HD组意识恢复较早(P<0.01),血清SOD、MDA、NO、NOS变化差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:血液透析能有效清除有机磷毒物,防治阿托品中毒,减少毒性自由基,减轻心脑细胞损害。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of blood serum SOD MDA NO NOS content and therapeutical effect in acute organophosphate poisoning patients with HD.Methods 47 acute organophosphate poisoning patients were divided into two groups randomly:one group was treated with HD and another without HD.We observed the outcome and assayed the serum SOD MDA NO NOS content.The health man's serum SOD MDA NO NOS was contrast.Result The consciousness with HD was recovered earlier (P<0.01),The changes of serum SOD MDA NO NOS had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemodialysis can clean organophosphate poison utility,prevent and cure poisoning by atropine,decrease toxicity free radical,relieve primary cellular defect of heart and brain.
