浅析消化内科中不合理用药问题

目的对消化内科中存在的不合理用药问题进行探讨,以找出更好的应对及控制措施,供临床运用及参考。方法 2009年1月—2011年12月我院消化内科共对1000例患者进行治疗,观察并分析其临床资料,总结出其中出现了的不合理用药问题,并相应地提出了改进及管理措施。结果 2009年1月—2011年12月该院消化内科共在120例患者身上出现了不合理用药问题,其中2009年65例,2010年35例,2011年20例,不合理用药主要表现为抗生素的用药时间过久、抑酸药物的用药量过多、重复用药、联合用药导致药效的减弱、药物连用增强了其毒副作用、药物拮抗等。结论目前医院的消化内科还存在着许多的不合理用药问题,必须对这一问题加以解决,保障患者的合理用药。

Analysis of clinical unreasonable druguse in departmeut of gastroe nterology

Objective Discuss the clinical unreasonable druguse in department of gastroenterology,in order to find a better response and control measures for clinical use and reference.Methods From January 2009 to December 2011,Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital,a total of 1000 patients treated to observe and analyze the clinical data,summed up the problem of irrational use of drugs appeared,and the proposed improvements and management measures.Results From January 2009 to December 2011,department of gastroenterology of our hospital,a total of 200 patients who appear the problem of unreasonable druguse,including 65 cases in 2009,35 cases in 2010,and 20 cases in 2011,unreasonable druguse mainly as the antibiotic administration time too long,excessive dosage of acid-suppressing drugs duplication of medication,combination therapy led to the weakening of the efficacy of the drugs used in conjunction to enhance its toxic side effects,drug antagonism.Conclusion There are many irrational drug use problems in depart ment of gastroenterology,these problems must be resolved to protect the patient’s rational druguse.
