松紧带结合舒筋洗药治疗陈旧性近指间关节侧副韧带损伤

摘    要:【目的】观察松紧带结合舒筋洗药治疗陈旧性近指间关节侧副韧带损伤的临床疗效。【方法】将100例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组采用松紧带邻指弹性固定结合舒筋洗药熏洗治疗,对照组采用胶布邻指加压固定治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后患指近指间关节肿胀程度、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及功能评定情况,并记录2组患者治疗后择期行侧副韧带修复手术情况。【结果】(1)治疗后,2组患者患指近指间关节肿胀程度、VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.001),且试验组的降低作用均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)患指功能评定情况:治疗后,试验组与对照组的优良率分别为76.60%和54.35%,试验组的患指功能评定结果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,试验组与对照组的择期手术率分别为2.13%和17.39%,试验组的患指择期手术率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】松紧带邻指弹性固定结合舒筋洗药熏洗治疗陈旧性近指间关节侧副韧带损伤,方法简单,安全有效。
