摘    要:目的:探讨瞬时感受器电位香草酸受体1(TRPV1)在糖尿病大鼠神经病理性疼痛形成中的作用。方法:64只Wistar大鼠腹腔注射链脲菌素制备糖尿病模型,随机分为糖尿病神经病理性疼痛组(D组)和TRPV1抑制剂组(E组),E组大鼠腹腔再注射TRPV1拮抗剂SB366791。分别于第2、4、6、8周末测定每组大鼠机械缩足反应阈值(MWT)、左侧坐骨神经传导速度(NCV)、背根神经节(DRG)中TRPV1表达情况。另取32只大鼠做空白对照组(C组)。结果:随糖尿病时间延长,D组MWT和NCV值逐渐降低,TRPV1水平逐渐升高(P<0.05);E组MWT和NCV值逐渐增高,TRPV1水平逐渐降低(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病大鼠神经病理性疼痛的形成和维持与大鼠背根神经节中TRPV1表达水平上调有关。
