| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨优选通络祛痛膏药材中挥发油的提取工艺。方法:采用渗漉法提取通络祛痛膏药材中的挥发油。应用L9(34)正交试验以挥发油中丁香酚、桂皮醛的含量为考察指标,以渗漉前浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、渗漉速度为考察因素,优选了最佳工艺条件。结果:结果表明,在考查范围内,渗漉前浸泡的时间对挥发油的提取的影响最大(P<0.05),渗漉速度的影响最小。结论:结合生产的实际情况,通络祛痛膏药材挥发油最佳提取工艺条件A2D2B3C1。

| Abstract: | Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Tongluo Qutong Gao.Methods: An orthogonal test design with L9(34) table was used to test the four main factors of percolation process,including socking time、the ethanol concentration,velocity of percolation and volume of expending ethanol,and the synthetic score basing on obtained rate of eugenol and Trans-Cinnamaldehyde was used as guide.Results: The results showed that the socking time has significant influence on the extraction of volatile oil(P<0.05) and the velocity of percolation has less influence on it.Conclusion: Considering the demand of manufacture,the best extraction condition is A2D2B3C1. |
