| Abstract: | Sequential segmental analysis must be used for echocardiography in complex congenital heart diseses. Three segments including atria, ventricles and great arteries should be carefully examined. Meanwhile, atrio-ventricular connection and ventricular-arterial connection should be both determined. Thus, a complete accurate echocardiographic diagnosis for complex congenital heart disease can be made. |
