| Abstract: | An enzyme-linked immunoassay has been developed to quantitate the amyloid A (AA) and serum amyloid A (SAA) proteins of mice. The assay utilizes monoclonal rat anti-mouse AA as the antibody. The principle advantage of this method is that it avoids the need to denature the mouse sera before its SAA content can be measured. |
