摘    要:研究雌性老年前期大鼠性腺轴功能的变化.方法:应用阴道细胞形态学检查法和放射免疫测定法观察18月龄雌性SD大鼠动情周期和组织中性激素含量的变化.结果:18月龄雌性大鼠血清E2水平降低,LH和FSH含量升高;下丘脑和血浆GnRH水平上升,垂体GnRH含量减少.结论:18月龄雌性老年前期SD大鼠动情周期停止,下匠脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能明显衰退.

Abstract:To study the aging changes of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function in 18 month old female rats. Methods: Radioimmunoassay and histochemistry methods. Results: The serum E2 levels and pituitary GnRH levels in the aged rats were lower than that of young rats. The levels of LH, FSH in serum and GnRH in the hypothalamus and plasma in the 18 month old female rats were higher than than of of the control.Conclusion: The dysfunction and aging of the reproductive axis were observed in 18 month old female rats.
