调气通腑针刺法治疗中风后便秘的临床研究

目的：观察调气通腑针刺法治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效.方法：选取75例中风后便秘患者,随机分为调气通腑针刺组和生血通便颗粒冲服治疗组,治疗组39例,对照组36例.观察治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后2周便秘临床症状积分;观察治疗后1周的近期疗效及治疗后2周的远期疗效;观察两组治疗后的不良反应发生情况.结果：两组患者经治疗后便秘临床症状积分均较前显著减少,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,但两组间便秘积分比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;治疗后2周,两组便秘临床症状积分比较,治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）;两组患者不良反应发生例数比较,治疗组不良反应发生明显少于对照组.结论：调气通腑针刺法及生血通便颗粒治疗中风后便秘疗效显著,但调气通腑针刺法远期疗效更好,不良反应较少.

Treatment of Constipation after Stroke with Acupuncture Therapy of Tiaoqi Tongfu

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of constipation after stroke with acupuncture therapy of Tiaoqi Tongfu.Method：The clinical observation was designed as a full randomized concurrent controlled trial （RCT）.75 cases were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the group of the acupuncture of Tiaoqi Tongfu （the treatment group）,36 cases in the group of Shengxie Tongbian particles （the control group）.Then observe the clinical symptom score before and after treatment;observe the long-term and short-term clinical efficacy;observe the adverse events.Results：After one week of the treatment,the clinical symptom scores of constipation in the two groups were both decreased obviously （P ＜0.05）,but the differences between two groups were not statistically significant（P ＞0.05）.After two weeks of the treatment,the clinical symptom scores of constipation in the two groups were both decreased obviously （P ＜ 0.05）,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）.During the treatment,the adverse reactions of the treatment group occurred less than that of the control group.Conclusion：The effect of the acupuncture therapy of Tiaoqi Tongfu is better than the treatment of Shengxie Tongbian particles on the constipation after stroke,although both of them are effective.On the other hand,the adverse reactions of the former are less.
