中西医结合诱发排卵的临床研究

目的：观察克罗米芬联合针刺及补肾调冲中药对功能性无排卵患者的促排卵作用。方法：采用治疗前后自身对照的方法，选择60例患者，以克罗米芬配合针刺及补肾调冲中药治疗3个疗程，观察治疗前后基础体温（BBT）的变化、B超检测卵泡及子宫内膜生长发育情况。结果：治疗后总有效率达95．0％，基础体温连续测定双相率明显提高，卵泡及子宫内膜生长发育的比较显示治疗后比治疗前显著增加。结论：克罗米芬联合针刺及补肾调冲中药能明显促进卵泡及子宫内膜的生长发育，有强烈的促排卵、健内膜作用，可显著提高排卵和妊娠率。

Clinical Study on Inducing Ovulation by Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective： To observe clomiphene citrate combined with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine on inducing ovulation in patients with anovulatory. Method： Useing self - control methods before and after treatment to 60 patients to clomiphene citrate combined with acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment , after three courses , then observed the change of basal body temperature （BBTI , Detection of follicular and endometrial growth and development of the situation. Result： After treatment the total effective rate was 95.0%, BBT continuously measured significantly increased follicular and endometrial growth and development of the comparison showed that after treatment than before treatment increased significantly. Conclusion： Clomiphene citrate combined with acupuncture and Chinese medicine significantly promote the growth of follicles and endometrial development, ovulation there is a strong, lining the role of health, can significantly improve ovulation and pregnancy.
