| 摘 要： | 目的研究胎膜早破与头位难产的关系。方法选择胎膜早破产妇126例作为观察组,随机抽取同期条件相同胎膜未早破产妇126例作为对照组。结果头盆不相称:观察组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论重视胎膜早破孕妇的临床观察,它除导致早产、围产儿死亡、宫内感染及产褥感染外,常预示着难产的发生,一旦发生,及时处理。 |

| Abstract: | OBJCTIVE To find out the ralationship between premature rupture of membranes and cephalic dystocia.METHOD This paper itemphatically analyzes the 126 clinical cases of the delivery,which mature,premature ruptrure of membranes and no preghanc.RESULT The diameter of fetus head and pregnant woman's pelvis doesn't suit:There were significant differences among observe group and Contrast group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Premature rupture of membrances is one of the common complications death.Intrauterine infection,puerperal infection and betokens dystocia occurring. |
