论感染管理科与护理部在医院感染管理中的相互配合

目的做好医院感染管理工作,降低院内感染率。方法感染管理科和护理部在组织落实、制度落实、全员培训、调整布局方面相互配合,发挥护理部的三级监控网络作用,从源头抓好医院感染管理工作。结果全院医院感染率从1990年的16 2 5 %下降到2 0 0 3年的4 67% ;卫生监督所每年的抽样检查全部达标;新建的手术室、计划生育室专家组验收一次通过。结论感染管理科必须和护理部相互配合才能确保医院感染管理的效果。

ON CO-OPERATION OF CONTROL OVER INFECTION BETWEEN THE NURSING DEPARTMENT AND THE INFECTION CONTROL SECTION IN HOSPITAL

Objective Aim In order to do a good job of infection control in hospital, and lower the hospital infection rate. Method The Nursing Department has been in co-operation with the Infection Control Section over workably organizing, system making, staff training and re-arranging plans, and playing the role of network function monitor at the third level. As a result, a better job of hospital infection control work can possibly be done. Result The hospital infection rate in the year of 1990 was 16.25%, which went down to 4.67% in 2003. The hospital infection rate of each year has since reached the stipulated standard of the sampling examination by the Health Supervision Center. And the newly-built operating room and the family planning room have been checked and accepted one time only by the group experts concerned. Conclusion Only the mutual co-operation of the Nursing Department with the Infection Control Section in the hospital can bring about the effect, or result, of the hospital infection control.
