| 摘 要： | 肾虚是多发性硬化(MS)发病的核心,临床上治疗本病,虽常涉及化痰、活血、清热、通腑、解毒、祛湿、利水等法,但健脾益气、疏肝理气、宁心安神等调理脏腑功能也是常用方法,而其核心是补肾。无论是补肾贯穿始终,还是以补肾来收功,无不体现补肾在MS治疗上的重要地位。 |

| Abstract: | Kidney deficiency is the core of the currence of multiple sclerosis.Invigorating the kidney is the core in treatment of multiple sclerosis,though there are some other commonly used methods,such as dissipating phlegm,promoting blood flow,clearing heat,dispelling dampness and diuresis in aspects of eliminating pathogen,and invigorating spleen for benefiting qi,dispersing stagnated liver-qi,calming mind for tranquillizing in aspects of regulating the function of organs.Either invigorating the kidney is used through the whole course of disease or used at the later stage,it plays an important role in treatment of multiple sclerosis. |
