| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除手术特点及临床价值。方法：对50例子宫肌瘤患者采用子宫肌瘤剔除术观察手术适应证、时间、出血量。结果：经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术手术时间60～160min,术中出血量100～400mL,术后平均住院5.5d,术后随诊,患者恢复良好。结论：阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术为微创手术,安全可靠,适宜各级医院开展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the characteristics of transvaginal myomectomy surgery and its clinical value. Methods: Transvaginal myomectomy surgery was performed on 50 patients with hysteromyoma. Surgical indication,duration of surgery,and amount of bleeding were observed and analyzed. Results: The average duration of vaginal myomectomy was 60-160 min,blood loss was 100-400 mL,and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 5.5 d. According to the follow up,all patients recovered well. Conclusion: As a minimally invasive surgery,transvaginal myomectomy is safe and reliable,and is suitable for carrying out in hospitals at all levels. |
