老年人颅脑损伤合并腹部损伤的诊治

目的 探讨老年人颅脑损伤合并腹部损伤的诊断和治疗.方法 选取2008年7月-2011年4月我院收治的颅脑损伤合并腹部损伤的老年患者30例,对患者进行相应诊断并及时手术治疗.结果 记录30例老年人颅脑损伤合并腹部损伤患者治愈情况,根据GOS评分:良好21例(70.0％),中残5例(16.7％),重残2例(6.7％),植物生存状态1例(3.3％),死亡1例(3.3％).结论 在诊治颅脑损伤患者颅脑创伤的同时,应重视对腹部损伤的检查,及早发现,及时明确诊断,并根据伤情需要采取相应治疗方案,按主次进行诊治.

Diagnosis and treatment of brain injury complicated with abdominal injury in elderly people

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of brain injury complicated with abdominal injury in elderly people. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the data on 30 patients with brain and abdominal injuries who had been hospitalized during the period of July 2008 to April 2011. All the patients were diagnosed and then underwent surgery promptly. Results The rehabilitation status was noted in all the patients. According to the GOS, 21 patients were cured （ 70.0% ） , 5 were moderately disabled （ 16.7% ）, 2 were severely disabled （ 6.7% ）, one survived in a vegetative state （ 3.3% ）, and one was dead （ 3.3 % ）. Conclusions We should simultaneously pay attention to the examination of abdominal injury in the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injury in elderly patients. Diagnosis of abdominal injury should be confirmed promptly. The corresponding therapies should he administered based on the severity of brain and abdominal injury.
