B超定位穿刺注入无水酒精与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿疗效比较

目的 比较B超定位穿刺注入无水酒精与后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿的疗效和安全性.方法 回顾分析我院71例肾囊肿患者的治疗方式和效果,分别采用B超定位穿刺注入无水酒精和后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗.结果 随诊6月,复查B超,B超定位穿刺注入无水酒精组治愈率为88.6％( 39/44),后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术组治愈率为92.6％( 25/27),2组比较差异无显著性(X2=0.018,P=0.894).结论 B超定位穿刺注入无水酒精和后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术治疗肾囊肿的疗效相似,但B超定位穿刺注入无水酒精治疗肾囊肿操作简单,价格相对较低,近期疗效满意.

Comparison of ultrasound-guided anhydrous alcohol injection with retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in the treatment of renal cysts

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided anhydrous alcohol injection with retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in the treatment of renal cysts. Methods Retrospectively analyzed of the eff/cacies of ultrasound-guided anhydrous alcohol injection and retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing for renal cysts in 71 patients. Results After a follow-up of 6 month, revealed a cure rate of 88.6% （ 39/44 ）for ultrasound-guided anhydrous alcohol injection and 92.6% （ 25/27 ） for retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing. There was no statistical difference between the two groups （ X 2= 0.018, P= 0.894 ）. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided anhydrous alcohol injection has the similar efficacy as retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing in the treatment of renal cysts. However, the former procedure is easy to operate and has a lower cost and a ideal short-term efficacy.
