系统化护理管理在重型颅脑损伤中的应用

目的总结外伤性重型颅脑损伤急救阶段护理体会。方法选择2010年1月～2012年9月被首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院门诊急诊收治的98例外伤性重型颅脑损伤患者为研究对象，根据有无开展系统化护理管理分为A组（46例）和B组（52例），A组患者仅给予外伤性重型颅脑损伤常规护理，而B组患者则给予系统化护理管理模式指导下的护理措施对患者进行护理，比较两组患者住院时间、住院费用、基础护理质量合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果B组患者平均住院时间和平均住院费用均明显短（低）于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），而B组患者基础护理合格率和患者对护理服务的满意度均明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论系统化护理管理模式指导下的护理干预措施能够明显减少外伤性重型颅脑损伤患者住院时间和住院费用，提高护理质量和患者对护理服务的满意度，值得推广。

Application of systematic nursing management in severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To summarize the nursing experience in the emergency phase of severe traumatic craniocerebral injury. Methods 98 patients with severe traumatic craniocerebral injury admitted to the outpatient department of Beijing Millennium Monument Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2010 to September 2012 were selected as the study objects. According to whether there exists systematic nursing management, the patients were divided into group A （46 cases） and group B （52 cases）. The patients of group A were given only conventional nursing while the patients of group B were given nursing measures under the guidance of systematic nursing management model. The hospital stay, hospitalization cost, pass rate of basic nursing quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The average hospital stay and average hospitalization cost of group B were signifi- cantly lower than those of group A, with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）, and the basic nursing quality and patient satisfaction of group B were significantly higher than those of group A, with significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guidance of systematic nursing management model can obviously reduce the hospital stay and hospitalization cost and improve the basic nursing quality and patient satisfaction, thereby worthy of promotion.
