采用动脉介入化疗治疗颌骨骨肉瘤4例并文献复习

目的观察皮下埋置式（subcutaneous implantable delivery system，SIDS）动脉化疗应用于颌骨骨肉瘤的临床效果。方法复习2009年5月～2011年10月治疗的4例颌骨骨肉瘤患者的临床资料。随访1年以上，根据患者临床症状及影像学改变评价化疗疗效。结果4例患者均采用颈动脉SIDS化疗，其中3例为上颌骨骨肉瘤，1例为下颌骨骨肉瘤，患者自觉疼痛减轻，其中3例有影像学改变；3例影像学改变明显的患者行手术治疗。结论颈动脉SIDS化疗对颌骨骨肉瘤效果显著，值得推广。

Intra-carotid chemotherapy for 4 cases of mandible osteosarcoma and literature review

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of intra-arterial chemotherapy by subcutaneous implantahle delivery system （SIDS） in the treatment of mandible osteosarcoma. Methods 4 patients diagnosed as mandible osteosarcoma from May 2009 to October 2011 were selected; all the patients were followed-up more than 1 year, the chemotherapy outcome was evaluated by clinical symptom and imaging changes. Results 4 patients were treated with SIDS intra-carotid chemotherapy including 3 cases of maxilla osteosareoma and 1 cease of mandible osteosarcoma. The symptoms such as the pain was relieved, 3 cases were found with apparent imaging changes. 3 patients with apparent imaging changes were treated with operation. Conclusion The efficacy of the intra-carotid in treating the mandible osteosarcoma is excellent, it is worthy of promotion.
