四肢骨折合并血管损伤临床治疗分析

目的对四肢骨折合并血管损伤的治疗方法进行探究,并对治疗后的效果进行研究。方法对医院于2011年2月～2012年9月收治的75例四肢骨折合并血管损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计每例患者的治疗方法、效果并记录治疗过程中患者可能出现的并发症。治疗结束后对75例患者的治疗效果进行评价,结果 64例患者治疗有效,11例患者治疗无效,治疗总有效率为85.3%;6例患者在治疗结束后骨折不愈合,2例患者因股动脉损伤进行下肢截肢,3例患者在手术过后的供血情况无改善并于术后3天之内进行截肢（P〈0.05）。结论对于四肢骨折合并血管损伤进行治疗,应以及时的血管损伤诊断和骨折修复为主,以降低截肢率,改善治疗的预期,提高治疗的效果。

Jointapproach clinical treatment of limb fractures with vascular injury

Objective To explore the methods of treatment of limb fractures with vascular injury, and study the therape, utie effect. Methods clinical data of 75 limb fracture cases in hospital, from Feb. 2011 to Sep. 2012, who were associaled with vascular injury fractures were retrospectively analyzed, statistics for each case,the effect of treatment in patients with and patients recorded during the treatment of possible complications. Results After the treatment, therapeutic effect of 75 patients were evaluated, the results were as follows： there were 64 patients with effective treatment,invalid in 11 patients,the total effective rate was 85.3%;6 patients at the end of treatment of nonunion of fracture,2 cases of femoral artery injury because of lower extremity amputation,3 patients in the situation of blood after the operation without improvement in postoperative amputations performed within 3 days（P〈0.05,data with statistical signifieance）.Conclusion In the treatment of limb fractures with vascular injury, Doctors shonld make timely vascular damage diagnosis and fracture repair, in order to reduce amputation rate,improve the treatment of expectations,improve the therapeutic effect.
