优质护理服务在慢性阻塞性肺病患者中的临床护理效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)病房设立“优质服务示范病房”的临床护理效果。方法将杭州市第一人民医院呼吸内科就诊的COPD患者按整群分为优质服务组(53例)和基本护理服务组(57例),比较两组患者健康知识知晓率、护理满意度和呼吸疾病问卷三方面的区别以及两组护士理论知识和操作技能掌握情况。结果出院时优质护理组健康知识知晓率为96.2%,基本护理组为84.2%,两组知晓率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05):出院时优质护理组在入院接待护士服务满意度上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),在健康宣教满意度、护理技术和服务满意度、护士巡房次数满意度、工作态度满意度上差异有高度统计学意义(P〈0.01),呼唤回应满意度和环境满意度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组患者呼吸疾病问卷干预后与干预前相比,优质护理组和基础护理组在症状、活动能力和日常生活影响上均差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);经干预后,优质护理组与基础护理组在症状、活动能力和日常生活影响上差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);优质护理组护理人员考核合格率为99%.基础护理组合格率为94%,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论优质护理服务可以提高患者健康知识知晓率.提高患者生活能力和生存质量,促进和谐护患关系的建立,但它对护理人员的理论水平和操作技能有更高的要求。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing on building "Quality service demonstration wards" in COPD ward. Methods COPD patients of respiratory medicine department in the First People's Hospital of Hangzhou City were divided into excellent nursing group (53 cases) and routine nursing group (57 cases) by cluster sampling. The awareness rate of health knowledge, the satisfaction of nursing service, respiratory disease questionnaire were compared between two groups, as well as nurses theoretical knowledge and operating skills. Results When patients left hospital, the awareness rate of health knowledge of the excellent nursing group was 96.2%, and that of routine nursing group was 84.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Nursing reception service satisfaction was difference was statistically significant between two groups (P 〈 0.05). There were different in the satisfaction rate of health education, nursing skills and service, nurse rounds number and work attitude (P 〈 0.01). While the satisfaction rate of calling respond and environmental were no significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Compared to before the patients were in- tervention, the result on respiratory disease questionnaire were different in symptoms, activity and impact on daily life in two groups (P 〈 0.05). After intervention, examination pass rate was of 99% in quality care group and 94% in routine nursing group, the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The excellent nursing service can improve the awareness rate of health knowledge, improve the patients ability to live and quality of life, and promote the establishment of harmonious nurse-patient relationship, but it needs higher theoretical level and operational skills for the nurses.
