从鼓医集团的组建谈医院集团的发展

为适应社会主义市场经济，优化医院经济结构，提高医院的社会效益和经济效益，在南京市卫生局的积极倡导和推动下，三家在江苏乃至全国都颇有影响的医院－鼓楼医院、儿童医院、口腔医院成立了“鼓楼医院集团”。鼓医集团的成立，有利于发挥群体优势，推进卫生资源配置的合理化、后勤服务的社会化和医疗经营的集约化，更好地为病人服务。

Discussion on the Development of Hospital Group Starting from the Construction of the Drum-Tower Hospital Group

In order to accommodate the market economics of socialism, to optimize the economic structure of a hospital and to raise the social and economic efficiency of a hospital, "the Drum-Tower Hospital Group" was organized in Nanjing Municipality under the initiation and promotion of the Bureau of Public Health, Nanjing in 1996(which includes three famous hospitals of Pediatrics and of Odontology). The establishment of Drum-medical-group is beneficial to give play to the masses superiority, reasonable to push the disposition of health resources, to ntensify the therapeutic management,and finally to serve the patients still better.
