抑郁性神经症、焦虑性神经症和神经衰弱临床现象对比研究

本文对７７例抑郁性神经症、３５例焦虑性神经症、８６例神经衰弱分三组进行临床现象对比研究。结果显示三型神经症患者在首发年龄、性别、起病因素、病前性格、遗传史、治疗效应等方面无显著性差异。神经衰弱患者多数病程较长，病情有波动且缓解不完全；三型神经症的精神症状和躯体症状有共同点和各自的特点，认为三组疾病在临床上应分为三种不同的神经症类型。

We divided 77 patients with depressiveneuroscs , 35 patients with anxious neu-roses , and 86 patients with neurosism intothree proups. The study showed there wasno significant difference among the age offirst becoming ill, sex, onset factors, per-sonality before becoming ill, genetic historyand curative effect of these three types ofneuroses. Most patients with neurosism hadlong duration of ilIness , undulatory condi-tion and not complete remission. Therewere common points and difference in themental symptoms and the son1atic symp-toms of three types of neuroses. It suggest-ed they should be classified as three differ-ent kinds 0f neuroses in the Clinic.
