丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效及对血液流变学的影响

目的探讨丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效及对患者血液流变学的影响。方法 160例符合纳入标准的UAP患者随机分为两组,每组各80例。两组均给予低流量持续吸氧、阿司匹林、倍他乐克及钙拮抗剂等常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予氯吡格雷治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合使用丹红注射液治疗。比较两组UAP患者疗效、UAP发生频率及持续时间、血细胞比容、全血黏度及纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标。结果观察组的治疗有效率为98.8%,明显高于对照组的87.5%(P0.05)。相对于治疗前,两组患者治疗后UAP发生频率及持续时间减少,血细胞比容、全血黏度及纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标下降(P均0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗后UAP发生频率及持续时间显著减少,血液流变学指标显著下降(P均0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合氯吡格雷治疗UAP疗效显著,可以提高治疗有效率,减少UAP发生频率及持续时间,并显著降低血细胞比容、全血黏度及纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标,值得临床推广应用。

Curative efficacy of danhong injiction in combination with clopidogrel in treatments of patients with unstable angina pectoris and its effect on hemorheological parameters

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of danhong injiction in combination with clopidogrel in patients with unstable angina pectoris（ UAP）and its effect on hemorheological parameters. Methods 160 cases of UAP meeting the inclusion critera were ran-domly divided into 2 groups equally. Besides conventional treatments,the control group was treated with clopidogrel and the observation group was treated with danhong injiction combined with clopidogrel. Before and after treatment,the curative efficacy,seizure frequency and the duration of UAP and hemorheological parameters were observed and compared. Results The observation group had a therapeutic efficiency ratio（ TER）of 98. 8%,which was significantly higher than that of 87. 5% in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Compared with those before treatment,seizure fre-quency and the duration of UAP and the hemorheological parameters were all reduced after treatment. However,these indices decreased more sig-nificantly in the observation group than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of s danhong injiction in combi-nation with clopidogrel for UAP therapy was effective,which could increase the therapeutic efficiency ratio,significantly decrease seizure frequency and the duration of UAP and reduce hemorheological parameters.
