| 摘 要： | 目的研究有机磷农药中毒洗胃后立即灌注大剂量硫糖铝混悬液预防上消化道出血的疗效。方法83例有机磷农药重度中毒患者随机分为两组,对照组40例在彻底洗胃后给予西米替丁0.4静推,2次/d,口服或鼻饲硫糖铝1.0/次,4次/d,连服5 d。治疗组在每次洗胃后胃管内立即注入硫糖铝3.0(研碎+温开水80 mL),同时辅以西米替丁、硫糖铝的常规治疗(同对照组)。结果治疗组在隐性出血、显性出血和住院时间上明显低于对照组(P<0.05),但死亡率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论有机磷农药中毒洗胃后立即灌注大剂量硫糖铝混悬液对于预防上消化道出血及缩短住院时间效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the curative effect of prevention of hemorrhage of upper digestive tract(UDT) after gastric lavage when toxication of organophosphorus with sucrafate liqud.Methods 83 cases of such patient were divided into 2 groups.The control group of 40 cases were treated with cimitidine 0.4 and 1.0 sucralfate q.6.h.for 5 days.The therapy group were treated with 3.0 sucralfate on the base of routine after lavage.Results The latent hemorrhage,hemorrhage and hospitalized time were significant differences in therapy group and control group P<0.05 without difference in mortality.Conclusion This method might prevent the hemorrhage of UDT and shorten hospitalized time with good effect. |
