白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴透射电镜观察

摘    要:目的观察白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴的超微形态学特征。方法应用透射电镜(TEM)观察白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴壁和囊内蚴虫。结果囊蚴壁内壁是由电子密度较低而均匀的物质构成,未见细胞和微管道结构,厚度为13.1μm,囊壁和囊内蚴虫之间有一定空隙;囊内蚴虫的体被由外皮层、肌层、皮层细胞组成,外皮层为一合体层,包括外质膜、基质、基质膜,外皮层表面呈指状突起,皮层基质内有皮棘,其根部位于基质膜,顶端被外质膜覆盖。结论通过透射电镜观察,白水河并殖吸虫囊蚴壁和囊内蚴虫的体被结构与其它几种并殖吸虫有相同点也有差异性。

Abstract:The ultra-structure of metacercariae of Paragonimus paishuihoensis (including its wall and larvae within) was observed by transmission electron microscopy in the present study.It was found that the wall of metacercariae consisted of substances with lower and even electron densities, and no cellular structures and microtubules were observed. The thickness of the wall was 13.1 μm with a space between the wall and larvae within. The integument of the larvae in metacercariae consisted of teguiment, muscular layer and teguimental cells.Meanwhile, the teguiment was observed as a syncytium of cells, consisting of external plasma membrane, teguimental cytoplasm and basal plasma membrane. Many finger-like processes could be readily found on the surface of the teguiments. There were teguimental spines in the teguimental cytoplasm, and the base of the teguimental cytoplasm was located at the basal plasma membrane. The top of the teguimental cytoplasm was covered by the external plasma membrane. As far as the ultra-structures of the walls and integument are concerned, Paragonimus paishuihoensis is just like the other species of Paragonimus, but differences still exist among them.
