痛泻要方合桃红四物汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的:观察痛泻要方合桃红四物汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例以痛泻要方合桃红四物汤口服治疗;对照组40例口服柳氮磺胺吡啶片。两组均10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,随访1年后判定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%,复发率7.5%;对照组总有效率为77.8%,复发率40%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。电子肠镜检查比较,治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组为72.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:痛泻要方合桃红四物汤治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎具有提高疗效,减少复发等优点。

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Tongxie Yaofang Combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

Objective ：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Tongxie Yaofang combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods ：80 cases of chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients were treated by combined Tongxie Yaofang and Taohong Siwu Decoction. 40 cases in control group were given oral sul- fasalazine. Ten days was a course, treating the two groups for three courses. We judged the curative effect after one year follow - up. Results ：The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and the recurrence rate was 7.5%. The control group＇s total effective rate was 77：8% , and the recurrence rate was 40%. There were significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Comparison of colonoscopy examination：treatment group＇s total effectiveness was 97.5% and the control group＇s was 72.5%. There were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined Tongxie Yaofang and Taohong Siwu De- coction can improve efficacy and reduce the recurrence in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis.
