摘    要:目的 探讨病案教学法在儿科护理学教学中的应用效果.方法 选取泉州医学高等专科学校2006级护理专业两班学生为研究对象,将其分为实验组和对照组.在儿科护理学教学中,实验组采用病案教学法,对照组采用传统讲授法.结果 实验组学生期末测试成绩高于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义.结论 病案教学法有助于学生掌握和扩展学科知识,提高学习积极性,也有助于培养学生的自学能力和综合分析问题能力,促进教学效果的提高.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of case-based teaching method used in pediatrics nursing. Methods The objects of this research were 159 nursing students of grade 2006 in Quanzhou Medical College. The experimental group was used case-based teaching method, the control group was used the traditional teaching method during pediatrics nursing. Results The terminal examination results of experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Case-based teaching method has great values in improving students' enthusiasm of learning, expanding their depth and scopes of knowledge,and it is prominence in cultivating students' capability of self-study and integrated analysis. Thus it could improve the teaching effect.
