输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石临床分析

目的探讨在输尿管镜下使用气压弹道碎石机治疗输尿管结石的临床效果.方法对1996年4月至2000年10月间采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果281例中264例治疗成功,成功率为93.9%(264/281).10例术中输尿管镜未能插至结石处,输尿管镜插放成功率为96.4%(271/281).7例因术中结石移位而未能完全粉碎,腔内碎石成功率为97.4%(264/271).结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石疗效确切,术后恢复快,是输尿管结石较为满意的治疗方法.

Clinical analysis of treatment of ureteral calculi by air-pressure ballistic lithotriptor through ureteroscope

Objective To evaluate the clinical usage of the air pressure ballistic lithotriptor in the endoscopic management of ureteral calculi.Methods The data of 281 patients with ureteral calculi treated by air pressure ballistic lithotriptor from April 1996 to October 2000 were reviewed.Results Among the 281 cases,264 had a satisfactory therapeutic effects with the successful rate being 93.9%.The placement of ureteroscope was failed in 10 cases and the successful rate for the insertion of ureteroscope was 96.4%(271/281).During operation,ureteral calculi in 7 cases were not dealt well with and the successful rate of endoscopic lithotripsy was 97.4%(264/271).Conclusion The treatment of ureteral calculi with air pressure ballistic lithotriptor through ureteroscope is reliable and the recovery after operation is rapid.It's an ideal therapy for ureteral calculi.
