农村家庭户主健康状况及卫生服务需求调查

目的 了解目前农村家庭户主健康状况及基层卫生服务需求现状,为有关部门制定卫生决策及合理配置卫生资源提供依据.方法 整群抽取安徽省岳西县来榜镇常住居民,利用自制调查表进行人户调查.结果 农村家庭户主近2周的患病率为4.7%,近6个月的病伤率为11.8%,近1年的住院率为9.8%;慢性疾病患病率为26.6%,其中以慢性胃肠道疾病患病率最高,为14.1%,高血压的实际患病率为13.9%,比高血压知晓率高近2倍;近2年仅7.6%参加全面体检,未参加体检的原因主要为不知道需要体检,占45.1%;户主对卫生服务需求较强,其中期望获得健康咨询的占64.2%,希望获得全面体检、饮食指导分别占59.3%,45.9%.结论 农村家庭户主健康状况不良,户主期望获得卫生保健知识愿望较强.

Health status of rural householders and their demands for health service
