帕罗西汀合并奥氮平治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的对照研究

目的探讨帕罗西汀合并奥氮平治疗伴躯体症状抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法66例伴躯体症状的抑郁症患者随机分为帕罗西汀组33例,帕罗西汀合用奥氮平组33例,共治疗8周。于治疗前,治疗后1、2、4、8周末采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）,副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和副反应。结果帕罗西汀合用小剂量奥氮平组疗效显著,合用药组与单用药组的显效率分别是84.85%和60.61%,差异有显著性（χ^2=4.89,P〈0.05）。两组的HAMD因子分在焦虑/躯体化和睡眠障碍方面差异有显著性;两组副作用均较小。结论帕罗西汀合用小剂量奥氮平治疗抑郁症起效快,可提高疗效,能迅速改善睡眠障碍和躯体症状。

The effect of paroxetine with olanzapine in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with olanzapine in the treatment of depression with somatic symptoms. Methods A total of 66 patients who met with the criteria of CC- MD-3 for depression were randomly divided into paroxetine group and paroxetine combined with olanzapine group for the treatment of 8 weeks. All patients were evaluated with Hamilton Rating Scale for depression （HAMD） and Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale （TESS） before the treatment and at the end of the first, second, forth and eighth week of the treatment. Results The treatment of paroxetine with olanzapine was significantly effective. The marked effective rates of paroxetive combined with olanzapine group and paroxetive group were 54.85% and 60. 61% respectively, there had significantly difference. Significant differences in factor scores of anxiety somatization and sleep disorder in HAMD were found between two groups. Side effects in two groups were few. Conclusion Paroxetine with small--dose olanzapine could increase the efficacy and improve sleep disorder and physical symptoms in the treatment of depression.
