| 摘 要： | 报告经手术证实的绞窄性闭孔疝７例，其中女性６例，平均年龄７２．７岁。全部病例均为消瘦型，６例女性患者均有多胎生育史。平均病程７．４天，术前确诊２例（２８．６％），手术治愈率７１．４％，病死率２８．６％。作者结合文献及与闭孔疝有关的解剖知识，对其临床特点、诊断要点和治疗方法加以讨论。 |

| Abstract: | Seven cases of strangulated obturator hernia are reported. All cases were confirmed by operation. The incidence in female were 6 timed higher than that in male. The mean age of the patients in this series was 72. 7 years. All the patients were thin and had a history of multiple pregnancies. The diagnoses were delayed for 7. 4 days in average and the preoperative diagnoses were correct in only two of seven operations (28. 6%). The cure rate was 71. 4% with a mortality rates of 28. 6%. Based on the anatomy related to obturator hernia, the clinic manifestation and diagnosis and method of treatment are discussed. |
