摘    要:目的建立八珍颗粒中芍药萝含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法用50%甲醇提取样品,采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液-三乙胺(13:87:0.04)为流动相,检测波长为230nm,流速为1mL/min。结果芍药苷进样量在0.06018~0.66198μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,有糖型和无糖型样品的平均回收率为97.24%和99.55%,RSD为0.53%和0.80%(n=6)。结论HPLC法快速、简便、重现性好,可用于八珍颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of peoniflorin in Bazhen Granules. Methods 50% methanol was used as the solvent to prepare the samples. C18 was used as the stationary phase. Acetonitrile-10% phosphoric acid-triethylamine (13:87:0. 04) was used as the fluid phase. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of peoniflorin was 0. 060 18 - 0. 661 98 μg. The average recovery rate were 97.24% and 99.55% ( n = 6) with the RSD were 0.53% and 0. 80%. Conclusion The methods is simple,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the quality control.
