摘    要:对本中心培育的Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠染色体的G带、C带及银染核仁组织者作了观察。结果表明大部分细胞有较恒定的8个银染点,G带与其他豚鼠有差异,C带则与其他哺乳动物相似,说明Zmu-1:DHP豚鼠在染色体核型上已发生变异。

Abstract:The patterns of G-, C- band and Ag - NORs in Zmu-1: DHP guinea pig were observed. The results showed that the G- banding pattern was varied in the numer and position as compared with those in other stocks of guinea pig. The C- banding pattern, was similar to those in other mammals. The Ag - NORs were located on the terminals of the short arms, and were 8 in number in most marrow cells. The results suggested that the chromosome karyotype of Zmu- 1:DHP guinea pig has varied from those of other stocks of guinea pig.
