水果酵素醋对胰岛素抵抗糖脂代谢紊乱大鼠的影响

摘    要:
目的 探讨水果酵素醋对胰岛素抵抗糖/脂代谢紊乱大鼠的作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为5组:正常组、模型组、水果酵素醋低[玫瑰茄7.95 g(生药)/ kg + 桃金娘4.82 g(生药)/ kg]、中[玫瑰茄15.90 g(生药)/ kg + 桃金娘9.64 g(生药)/ kg]、高剂量[玫瑰茄47.72 g(生药)/ kg + 桃金娘28.92 g(生药)/ kg]组。以高脂饲料喂养联合一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)复制胰岛素抵抗糖脂代谢紊乱大鼠模型,以糖耐量血糖、血糖曲线下面积(AUC)、血清胰岛素(INS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(Cr)含量为评价指标,研究水果酵素醋对胰岛素抵抗糖/脂代谢紊乱大鼠的作用。结果 与模型组相比,水果酵素醋中、高剂量组0 h、0.5 h、2 h糖耐量血糖值及AUC明显降低(P<0.01),BUN含量显著下降(P<0.01)。结论 水果酵素醋具有辅助降血糖的功能,并具有一定的减轻肾功能损伤作用。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of fruit enzyme vinegar on insulin resistance and glucose/lipid metabolism disorder in rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided into five groups: control, model, fruit enzyme vinegar low-dose (roselle 7.95 g crude drug/kg + myrtle 4.82 g crude drug/kg), intermediate- dose (roselle 15.90 g crude drug/kg + myrtle 9.64 g crude drug/kg) and high-dose (roselle 47.72 g crude drug/kg + myrtle 28.92 g crude drug/kg). The insulin resistant and glucose-lipid metabolism disorder rats were induced by high-fat diet combined with a single intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The effects of fruit enzyme vinegar on these rats were evaluated by glucose tolerance, area under glucose curve (AUC), serum insulin (INS), insulin resistance index (IRI), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC). Urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) levels were used to detect the changes of renal function.Results Compared with the model, the medium and high dose of fruit enzyme vinegar could significantly reduce the contents of 0 h, 0.5 h, 2 h glucose tolerance;BUN and AUC levels were also decreased significantly in fruit enzyme vinegar. Conclusion Fruit enzyme vinegar could regulate the blood glucose and alleviate renal injury of insulin resistant and glucose-lipid metabolism disorder rats.
