Analgesia for battlefield war wound of special combat personnel: current status

Battlefield analgesia is the start of trauma pain treatment and management system. Effective war wound analgesia on the battlefield plays a significant role for the fighting capacity establishment and maintenance. The dramatic characteristics of special operations are the complexity of combat mission, the miniaturization of combat unit, the finiteness of combat casualty care, and the high probability of war wound occurrence. So the battlefield analgesia is very necessary for the special forces. By analyzing the current situation of battlefield analgesia, and thinking about how to improve it, this paper tries to provide reference points for the fighting capacity maintenance.
