大块树脂与常规树脂整体和分层充填后牙Ⅱ类洞边缘微渗漏及固化程度的比较

摘    要:目的:比较SonicFill大块充填树脂与常规树脂Neofil分层和整体充填后牙窝洞的边缘密合性和固化程度。方法:将40颗离体磨牙近远中分别制备复面洞,冲洗,酸蚀釉质,涂自酸蚀粘结剂,光照20 s后,将离体牙随机分为A、B组(n=20),A组一侧窝洞(A1)以大块充填树脂分层充填,每层2 mm;另一侧(A2)以常规充填树脂Neofil分层充填,每层2 mm;B组一侧窝洞(B1)以大块充填树脂整体充填4 mm;另一侧(B2)以常规树脂Neofil整体充填4 mm。维氏硬度仪测定充填材料的显微硬度。样本在2%亚甲基蓝中37 ℃水浴染色24 h,低速切片机将牙齿按近远中向沿片切,在体视显微镜下观察龈壁染料渗漏情况。结果:维氏硬度均值和维氏硬度比组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05),从大到小依次为B1>A1>A2>B2。A2、B2组的边缘微渗漏高于A1、B1组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:与常规树脂Neofil比较,SonicFill大块树脂充填材料在整体和分层充填的应用中均可获得更好的边缘密合性和固化硬度。

Abstract:[Abstract] Objective: Comparision of the marginal microleakage and hardness between the SonicFill bulk filling resin and the conventional resin layer and holistic filling in the cavity of the tooth fossa. Methods: Class II cavities were respectively prepared on mesial and distal surfaces of forty molars,rinsing and etching enamel ,coated with acid etching binger,and illuminated for 20 seconds.The teeth were randomly divided into two groups of AB,A group(A1=20):one side of the cavity of SonicFill bulk filling resin filling,each layer of 2mm;the other group A(A2=20): Neofil filling resin filling,each layer of 2mm;A group(B1=20)SonicFill bulk filling integral resin filling,group B(B2=20): Neofil integral resin filling.The vickers microhardness of the filling materials was detected. . They were immersed in a 2% methylene blue solution for 24 hours,after that,all the samples were cut along axis for 2 knife, cut the slice thickness of about 1 mm, in a stered microscope observation gum wall dye leakage situation. Results: There were statistically significant differences on the Vickers hardness and Vickers hardness values for different groups,the order as follows:B1>A1>A2>B2.The marginal microleakage of group A2 and B2 was significantly higher than that of A1 and B1 group ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with Neofil resin, the overall and layered filling of SonicFill bulk resin filling materials have better edge tightness and hardness.
