红花黄色素缓解大鼠心肌缺血作用的研究

摘    要:
目的 :探讨红花黄色素 (SY)缓解大鼠缺血缺氧性心肌损伤的作用及其机制。方法 :观察腹腔注射SY对麻醉大鼠心率及异丙基肾上腺素 (ISOP)诱导的大鼠心电图缺血性改变的影响 ;观察SY对大鼠冠状动脉灌流的离体心脏冠状动脉流量及心率的影响。结果 :腹腔注射SY可明显降低大鼠心率 ,且显著改善ISOP所致的心电图缺血性改变 ;SY可缓解大鼠低灌流离体心脏的心率及冠状动脉流量的下降。结论 :SY具缓解大鼠心肌缺血作用 ,改善冠状动脉供血可能为其作用机制之一。

Abstract:
Objective:The aim of this paper is to investigate the protective effect and related mechanisms of Safflor Yellow (SY )against rat myocardial ischemia. Method: Ischemic change in Lead Ⅱ ECG in rats subjected to Isoprenaline (ISOP) was observed. The variance in parameters including heart rate in vivo, coronary flow and stroke rate in coronary-perfused hearts in vitro were recorded.Result: The ECG changes induced by ISOP and heart rate in vivo were reduced by SY. In vitro, the decrease in both heart rate and coronary flow were ameliorated by SY. Conclusion:Ischemic myocardial damage can be ameliorated effectively by SY and myocardial perfusion improvement may be one of the mechanisms. [
