早期喂养方式对2岁以下婴幼儿肥胖的影响

目的:观察分析早期喂养方式对2岁以下婴幼儿肥胖的影响,总结临床意义。方法:选取我院2010年10月至2011年10月接受体检的2岁以下婴幼儿240例,按照0～4个月喂养方式的差异分为A组(母乳喂养)131例和B组(人工喂养)109例,观察比较两组婴幼儿在不同月龄的肥胖、超重+肥胖发生率。结果:两组在月龄为18个月时肥胖率与12、24个月时超重+肥胖发生率比较有显著差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:婴儿期尤其是婴儿早期实行母乳喂养,能够有效预防2岁以下婴幼儿肥胖发生值得大力提倡。

The impact of early feeding on the two infants under the age of obesity

Objective:Observation and analysis of early feeding on infants under 2 years of age effects of obesity,summarize the clinical significance.Methods:In our hospital from 2010 October to 2011 October undergoing physical examination of infants under 2 years of age in 240 cases,in 0～4 months feeding mode difference divided into group A ( breastfeeding ) and group B (131 cases of artificial feeding ) in 109 cases,were compared between the two groups of infants and young children in different months of age,overweight and obesity the incidence of obesity.Results:The two groups in the month for 18 months when the rate of obesity and overweight and obesity in 12、24 months when the incidence was of significant differences (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Infancy especially infants early implementation of breastfeeding,can effectively prevent the occurrence of obesity children under 2 years old,is worth to be advocated energetically.
