温水足浴配合果导口服对促进剖宫产术后肛门排气的研究

目的：探讨促进剖宫产术后肛门排气的最好方法。方法：将剖宫术后患者随机分为A、B、C、D 4组，在术后6h分别给A组温水足浴＋果导口服，B组温水足浴，C组口服果导,D组不施加任何因素，观察各组肛门排气时间。结果：温水足浴＋果导口服组术后肛门排气时间平均为12.28h，与各组间比较有极显著性差异，P＜0.001。结论：温水足浴＋果导口服是促进剖宫产术后肛门排气的最好方法，对术后患者早日康复具有重大意义。

Study on the method for enhance post-operation anus vetilate for patients with caesarean operation

To Study the best method for enhance post-operation anus ventilate for patients with caesarean operation.Methods: Patients after caesarean operation were divided into four groups: group A was given feet bath with warm water,group B was given Guodao cathartic,group C was given feet bath warm water plus Guodao cathartic,and group D was given nothing as control group.The time for post-opreation anus ventilation were observed among the four groups.Results: The average time of anus ventilation for group given feet bath with warm water plus oralin-taking of cathartic were 12.28 hours.There was significantly difference among the four groups(P<0.001).Conclusion: Feet bath with warm water plus oral in-taking of cathartic is the best ways to enhance post-operation anus ventilate for patients with caesarean operation.It is important for the early recovery of patients.
