| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电视纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉、声带小结的临床价值。方法回顾性分析200例声带息肉、声带小结患者采用局部麻醉电视纤维喉镜下摘除的临床资料。结果200例均成功摘除声带息肉、声带小结,手术成功率为100.0%;术后治愈129例(64.5%),有效71例(35.5%),总有效率为100.0%。结论电视纤维喉镜下声带息肉、声带小结摘除,操作方便,创伤小,费用低。配以术者娴熟技巧,手术成功率高,临床疗效满意。 |
