| 摘 要： | 对中药止咳丸进行了药理学、毒理学实验研究。结果表明:止咳丸对小鼠化学刺激引起的咳嗽有明显抑制作用;能增强呼吸道分泌功能,起排痰祛痰作用;小鼠经口服给药最大耐受量相当于60g/kg·d;大鼠经4周口服给药的长毒试验未见有明显毒性反应。

| Abstract: | The Pharmacology and Toxicology of Zhike pills was studied. The result showed this Zhike Pill could obviously relieve the cough induced by chemical irrtation in mice. It also could alleviate the asthma induced by histamine in guinea pigs. The drug increased the secretion of respiratory tract and promoted expectoration. On administrating Zhike Pill,the maximum tolerance dose was 60g/kg/d. In the long-term toxicity test after four weeks of administration,no toxic reactions were observed. |
