| 摘 要： | 目的 观察脑栓塞与Horner综合征的关系.方法 对我院2004～2006年诊断明确的26例脑栓塞合并Horner综合征患者的临床表现、影像学结果、预后进行分析.结果 本组26例治愈21例, 5例死亡.结论 26例病人交感第一、二神经元受损,脑栓塞合并Horner综合征临床损害部位不同,预后不同. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation of cerebral embolism and Horner syndrome.Methods 26 patients who were diagnosed of cerebral embolism and Horner syndrome were investigated.Prognosis was according to clinical information and radiographic results was analyzed.Results 21 cases were cured,5 cases died.Conclusion The first or second sympathetic neuron in 26 patients are damaged.The damage parts of cerebral embolism and Horner syndrome patients are different and prognosis is different. |
