| 摘 要： | 目的]分析近1年艾滋病确证实验室检测情况,为艾滋病防治工作提供参考. 方法]用蛋白印迹法(WB)对辖区内初筛实验室送检的阳性标本进行确证,并对确证结果进行统计处理. 结果]阳性标本以20～40岁年龄段占总阳性人数的比例高,男性居多,主要来源为临床病人；同性恋人群及吸毒人群艾滋病毒感染率高.结论]应加强对重点人群的艾滋病防控工作,增大医院筛查工作的覆盖面.
