CD_(44v6)及C-myc在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及意义

目的探讨CD44v6及C-myc在宫颈鳞癌发生、发展中的作用和意义以及二者之间的关系。方法选取30例正常宫颈组织和60例宫颈鳞癌组织应用组织芯片和免疫组化技术分别检测CD44v6及C-myc蛋白的表达情况。结果CD44v6在Ⅰ￣Ⅱ期宫颈鳞癌中的表达与病理分级、累及颈管肌层深度、淋巴结转移相关,而与年龄、临床分期无关。C-myc的表达与临床分期、累及颈管肌层深度、淋巴结转移相关,而与年龄、病理分级无关。结论CD44v6及C-myc在宫颈鳞癌中的表达可作为预后指标;二者有协同作用,共同检测有助于预测宫颈癌的侵袭、转移、预后。

The expression and significant of CD_(44v6) and C-myc in human squamous cell carcinomas of the uterine cervix

Objective To investigate the expression of CD44v6 and c-myc in human squamous cell carcinomas of the uterine cervix and its clinical significance, and the relation between them. Methods Specimens from 30 case of normal squamous epithelium of cervical tissue,60 case of invasive carcinoma of uterine cervix were analyzed by tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemistry method. Results PLUM-Ordinal regression demonstrates that CD44v6 protein correlated to pathological grade and depth of invasive cervical canal and lymph node metastasis (P =0.048, 0.038, 0.043, respectively), but no correlated to age and clinical stage (P >0.05, respectively). PLUM-Ordinal regression demonstrates that C-myc protein correlated to clinical stage and depth of invasive cervical canal and lymph node metastasis(P =0.032, 0.004, 0.001, respectively), but no correlated to age and pathological grade(P >0.05, respectively). Conclusion CD44v6 and C-myc may play a important role in prognosis of the human squamous cell carcinomas of the uterine cervix.There are positive correlation between them,if detached them together it will be help for in the progression and metastasis and prognosis of cervical cancer.
