护理管理人员生活质量与工作压力状况的调查研究

摘    要:目的:了解护理管理人员生活质量与工作压力状况。方法:采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表中文版(WHOQOL-100)和护士工作压力源表,对140名护理管理人员进行问卷测评,同时调查453名一般护理人员作为对照。结果:护理管理人员在生理、心理、环境、精神支柱与个人信仰4个领域,精力与疲倦、积极感受、自尊、社会安全保障、经济来源等10个方面的得分均高于一般护理人员,而在疼痛与不适、消极感受2个方面得分较一般护理人员低;工作压力来源中,工作中独立性少、上班的护士数量少、没有时间对病人实施心理护理、非护理性的工作太多、与医生发生冲突等6个项目,护理管理人员的得分高于一般护理人员,但经常倒班项目的得分低于一般护理人员。结论:护理管理人员的生活质量高于一般护理人员,而工作压力也较一般护理人员高。给予护理管理人员工作上的支持,有利于个体工作压力的减轻和生活质量的提高。

Abstract:Objective: To find out the status of quality of life and job pressureamong nursing managers. Method: One hundred and forty nurse mangers and fourhundred and fifty three common nurses were investigated by WHOQOL-100 andChinese Nurse Job Stressors questionnaire. Results: About the quality of life: Thescores of 4 fields (physical, psychological, environmental and spirit support) and 10aspects (spirit vs. fatigue, positive feelings, self-esteem, social safety guarantee, finan-cial resources, etc.) among nurse managers were higher than those of common nurses.However, the scores of pain and discomfort, negative feelings among the former werelower than those of the latter. About the job stressors: The scores of 6 aspects (lessindependency, shortage of nurses in working, insufficient time for psychological nursing;excess non-nursing working, and conflict among nurses and doctors) among nursemanagers were higher than those of common nurses. The score of regularly changingshifts among the former was lower than that of the latter. Conclusion: The quality of lifeof nurse managers is higher than that of the common nurses. But the job pressure ishigher than the latter too. The job support on nurse managers could relieve the jobpressure of individuals as well as improve the quality of life of them.
