| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨急性有机磷农药中毒应激性消化道出血的发生机制及临床预防和治疗。方法 总结1979～1999年有机磷中毒应激性消化道出血病人的发生率以及临床预防和治疗经验。结果 2279例病人中,前15a 2093例,发生应激性消化道出血12例,占0.53％;死亡1例,占发病率的8.3％。后5a186例经临床预防性用药,无1例发生应激性消化道出血。结论 粘膜保护剂和H_2受体拮抗剂对应激性消化道出血的预防和治疗效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective] To'study the mechanism of gastrointestinal bleeding in acute organic phosphorus toxication (AOPT) and relevant clinical treatment.Methods] Some patients with AOPT were examined during 1979 ~ 1999 to study the morbidity and clinical treatment.Results] Among the total 2 279 cases,12 of them,in the first 15 years,suffered from stress gastrointestinal bleeding,which was 0.53% of the total.One of them died.But among those 186 cases that were treated with drugs after 1995,there were no such cases.Conclusion] Using gastric mucosa protector and anti-H2 receptor achieves good result in treating stress gastrointestinal bleeding. |
