| 摘 要： | 通关活络油（Ｒｅｌａｘｉｎｇｔｈｅｃｈａｎｎｅｌｓａｎｄａｃｔｉｖａｔｉｎｇｔｈｅｃｏｌｌａｔｅｒａｌｓｏｉｌ，ＲＣＡＣＯ）主要含有玉桂油、薄荷油、薰衣草油、茶油和冬青油，以及名贵中药提炼成分，系香港张生医师根据多年经验于１９８３年创制，在香港批准生产的外用制剂。功效为舒经活络，祛风止痛，主治关节痛、骨刺疼痛、产后风痛、烫火刀伤、头肩背腰疼痛、心胃气痛、风寒咳嗽、手足麻痹、蚊虫叮咬等。为了从药效学实验来验证其功效，乃设计进行镇痛、抗炎与消肿等实验，并作病理检查与电镜观察。１ 实验材料１－１ 药物… |

| Abstract: | The effects of Tong Guan Huo Lou You on pain relief, anti inflammation and subsidence of swelling were observed and verified. The hot plate method in mice and the tail flick latency method were used to determine the pain alleviating effect. The albumin and carrageenan paw swelling methods in rats were used to determine the anti inflammatory effects and the traumatic paw swelling method in mice to determine the effects of swelling subsidence. The pathological examination was done with the help of microscope and electron microscope for observation. The results showed that the treatment group with the external application of this drug achieved a better effect, which was verified by the pathological examination. It is concluded that Tong Guan Huo Lou You has good effects on subsidence of swelling, anti inflammation and pain relief. |
