| 摘 要： | 目的考察溶液酸碱度对84消毒液的有效氯稳定性和消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度的影响。方法用盐酸溶液调节1%84消毒液的酸碱度后,碘量法测定45 d内不同pH值的消毒液有效氯含量;并观察G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸对不同pH值及不同浓度的84消毒液的所示浓度。结果酸碱度对84消毒剂的稳定性影响很大,pH值越高,消毒剂越稳定;酸碱度对G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸的测定准确性影响较大,对于临床常用浓度(1000 mg/L),pH值越高,消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度越低,仅在pH值为9～10时示值准确;消毒剂浓度稀释至500mg/L以下后,消毒剂浓度试纸所示浓度才达到准确。结论 pH>13时,84消毒液最稳定;酸碱度影响G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸的测定准确性;G-1型消毒剂浓度试纸的使用说明需要修正。
